Overview
The Challenge
Improve the experience for users seeking to use their health insurance. It had to be intuitive and address their immediate needs with clearly defined, and findable, tools to accomplish urgent tasks. Easy access to their medical data and visualization for snapshot summaries of the essentials.
What I did
Applying the research findings, prototypes of increasing fidelity allowed the team to hone in on key tasks. Tools including live chat and powerful search, in a dashboard that provided access to all data and notifications. Business needs were met with careful consideration that put the user first, and kept our stakeholders happy.

The Result
We ended up with solid data based on real users testing the product. I presented the findings to stakeholders and designers that included recommendations and insights that became key parts of the product roadmap.
